Return Shipping Costs
- For Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way, Aurorlane covers all return shipping costs. There is no cost to the customer in these cases.
- For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you ordered the wrong item, it doesn't fit, or you simply no longer want it, the customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
